If you are having issues recovering a forgotten password or username using the Forgot Password? or Forgot Username? methods found on the Campus login page, you will need to contact District Support using the contact information below. Even if you request it, you will not receive an account recovery email if you have an Unconfirmed Account Security Email. After you have contacted District Support and get logged in, make sure to verify your Account Security Email in Parent Portal > User Menu > Profile Options: Settings > Account Settings (image shown below).
